Project ManagerThe Project Manager (PM) serves as Professional Services’ single point of contact and is responsible for the overall management of Professional Services resources as they apply to projects and has thorough experience in application implementation and knowledge of business and technical issues. The PM provides the initial needs analysis of the project and delivers a constant project status report, and identifies the critical paths in an implementation.
Business Systems AnalystThe Business Systems Analyst (BA) closely works with all levels of the organization to understand current workflows and underlying business protocols. Understanding all aspects of business procedures and logic through detailed analysis, the BA defines change requirements for business procedure development. The BA provides functional area expertise and direction, and participates in acceptance testing, review and tuning of the system.
Implementation ConsultantThe Implementation Consultant (IC) is responsible for installing all Telescope components and configuring the solution to match the customer’s requirements. They are responsible for creating the technical architecture and capacity plans for clients.
