The Telescope User Group (TUG)

TUG was established by North Plains and their customers to provide an end user community and forum for the exchange of Digital Asset Management best practices amongst member companies. It also provides direct input on product and strategy direction to North Plains’ management team.

Over the years, TUG has matured into a vibrant organization that allows North Plains customers and business partners to work closely with core North Plains employees and amongst themselves.

North Plains Discussion Forum

This is where TeleScope users can establish and manage dedicated discussion groups based on topics of interest. Here you will find dedicated discussion boards on topics such as advanced video solutions, advanced publishing solutions, DAM for Non-profit organizations, and next generation GUI. The TeleScope Users Group Conference

The TUG Conference is North Plains' annual user conference focused solely on Digital Asset Management. The conference allows North Plains' customers and partners to engage in interactive discussions with each other and with North Plains staff, as well as attend and participate in educational sessions centered around the digital asset management platform, TeleScope.
