Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for all sales activities in the applicable sales region. This highly visible role involves owning accounts from initial contact, needs discovery, demonstration, RFP, solution development, negotiation and closure. This role is responsible for license, service and maintenance sales. Relationship building, process mapping, sales cycle management and a passion for success are necessary skills in this role. North Plains sells enterprise software for the management of multimedia content. As Senior Account Executive, you will be working with senior management in the IT, Marketing, Creative Services, Sales and Finance groups.
Requirements & Experience
- Demonstrated, successful experience in the Enterprise software market
- Demonstrated ability in building business and sales volume
- Superior relationship building and consultative sales abilities, particular in Global 1000 accounts
- Solid understanding and hand-on experience with any of the following: Digital Asset Management, Enterprise Content Management, Workflow, Collaboration, Document Management
- Outstanding presentation, communication, technical and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years software solution selling experience
- Ability to travel within territory
