Overview
This position requires an aggressive and enthusiastic phone personality who can articulate North Plains' value proposition to executive level decision-makers. Qualified candidate also needs to be able to work in a team environment. As a member of the Inside Sales Team you will be responsible for supporting and closing business alongside the North America Sales team with the following responsibilities:

Requirements & Experience

Timely follow-up to all incoming leads and qualifying each prospect accurately
Send appropriate product information and track progress of all leads within assigned territory
Daily outbound calling to prospects on target account lists
Assigning qualified prospects to the appropriate direct sales/partner representative based on territory
Working to contact potential customers and up sell opportunities with new and existing customers
Meeting set sales quotas within the assigned region
Identifying and/or contacting customers in relation to special targeted sales campaigns
Previous software industry Inside Sales experience
